Ingredients:

  • 300 g square-shaped pasta
  • 1 small cabbage
  • 2 finely chopped onions
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • salt
  • Kotányi pepper
  • 1 tablespoons chopped Kotányi parsley
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream

Cook pasta in salted water until firm to the bite and drain.

Wash and quarter cabbage. Remove the stems and cut cabbage into patches.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté cabbage and onions. Add sugar and caramelize. Deglaze with water, season with salt and pepper. Add pasta and heat for about 3 minutes. Mix in parsley and sour cream without boiling it up.

Serve the pasta and garnish at your discretion.
